Jump Rope Fire Beta

Privacy policy

Last updated: October 21, 2026

This policy explains what information the Jump Rope Fire app uses, what for, and what your rights are. The app is provided by Jump Rope Fire (CNPJ 35.747.066/0001-24), São José do Rio Preto – SP ("we").

1. What the app does with the camera and microphone

2. Videos and files

Recorded videos are saved to your phone gallery, in the Movies/JumpFire folder. They stay under your control and only leave the device if you share them yourself. When you load an existing video for analysis, it is processed on the device and an exported copy is saved in the same folder.

3. Workout data stored on the device

The app keeps your preferences (for example, sounds on or off) and workout records locally. This data stays on your phone and is erased when you uninstall the app or clear its data.

4. What we do not collect today

The current version has no sign-up, login, ads or third-party tracking tools, and we do not send your videos, images, location or contacts to any server.

5. Accounts, history and ranking (future)

We plan to offer, as an option, a user account, workout history, ranking and challenges against friends. When those features exist, we may process data such as email, display name, workout results (number of jumps, duration, points and date) and friend lists. They will be used only to make those features work. Before that, this policy will be updated and you will be informed inside the app, and basic use will remain possible without an account.

6. In-app purchases (future)

If we offer paid items, such as extra looks for the video scoreboard, the purchase will go through Google Play, which processes the payment. We do not receive or store your card details.

7. Sharing

We do not sell your data. Once accounts and ranking exist, we may use infrastructure providers (such as database and hosting services) to run the service, under contract and only for that purpose.

8. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Users under 18 should use it with the knowledge and permission of a parent or guardian.

9. Your rights

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018) and, where applicable, other data protection laws such as the GDPR, you may ask us to confirm whether we process your data, and to give you access to it, correct it, anonymize or delete it, port it, and tell you who it is shared with. You may also withdraw consent. See how to ask in Account and data deletion.

10. Security

Because analysis happens on the device and your videos stay with you, the risk of a leak in the current version is low. When data exists on a server, we will use encrypted connections and per-user access control.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest revision, and relevant changes will be announced in the app.

12. Contact
